TDRs

This section covers the managing of the Technical Design Reports (TDRs) for the project. The TDRs themselves are stored along with other technical documentations in the EDMS database. PAW contains links to these documents.

List of TDRs

Returns a list of all TDRs. A specific TDR can be selected and edited. List TDRs The following actions are available:

Show work packages/Show EDMS links: Switch the display of the EDMS links on or off.
Sort by TDR/Sort by sub-system name/Sort by sub-system PSP: Changing sorting rule.
Show Day one/Show MSV: Toggle between all work packages or only those needed for day one experiments.
Hide addenda/Show addenda:
Export: Export the list as a CSV table.

Manage TDRs

This menu allows for editing the information stored for a given TDR. Manage TDRs The following actions are possible:

select TDR: Select another TDR.
list of TDRs: Show the list of TDRs.
Planning data: Shows an list of work packages that are linked to the TDR.
New addendum: In case addenda for a TDR have been released, they can be linked to the original TDR via this option.
Edit: Adjust the entries.

Opens a form to add a new TDR to the database. New TDR

TDR statistics

Returns a table with the statiscs of Technical Design Reports (TDRs) for a selected system/subsystem. This statistic includes the numbers of TDRs that have been approved, have been submitted or will be submitted. TDR statistics

The following actions are available:

all sub-systems/sub-systems: Select the systems that are displayed. Confirm with select.
export: Export the data as a CSV table.
Staging step: Select for which staging step the data is displayed. The range parameter offers two options (only, up to). Confirm the settings with select.
