Work Packages

The functions in this section address the managing of work packages, Technical Design Reports (TDRs) for these work packages and project planning data for these work packages.

List work packages

Returns a list of work packages. Specific work packages can be selected and edited. List work packages Shown for each work package are the PSP code, the name of the work package, the name of the work package leader and the names of the two deputy work package leaders.

The list display can be adjusted with the following settings:

  • Show tree/Show list: Toggle between a tree view and a list view of the work packages.
  • Show standard WP only/Show all WP: Toggle switch for displaying the work package number.
  • Show staging step/Hide staging step: Toggle switch for displaying the staging step.
  • Add new work package: Opens page to add a new work package.
  • all sub-systems: Opens pull-down menu to limit view to a specific sub-system. This setting has to be confirmed with the select button.

Manage work packages

A specific work package can be selected and edited. Select WP Once a work package has been selected, information about the work package is displayed. Manage WP

Two options are available: Planning data and Related components. Selecting Planning datayields a list of milestones for the work package. Planning data Selecting the view List of milestones on this page returns a list of all systems for which the user has read access.
