Persons

This menu is used to manage the lists with persons that are collaboration or committee members. This database handles the basic information (name, affiliations, email address etc.). An entry in this database is necessary in order to be able to assign someone as a collaboration or committee member.

List persons

The menu List persons provides a sorted list of all persons in the database. The information for each person can be selected and edited. List Persons The listing can be sorted by name, country, institute or country and institute.

Manage persons

The Manage persons menu can be used to select and edit the information for a given person. Manage Persons You can search for entries to edit either by country, instute or directly by name.

Once you have selected an entry, the information stored in the database for the selected person is shown. Show Entry You can now edit the information for the selected entry, for instance if the affiliation of the selected person has changed.

Additional information about the person is shown when selecting the option Show portfolio: Show Portfolio

New person

This menu can be used to add new persons to the database.

Check the user list before adding entries!

Please check if the person is already in the list before adding a new entry in order to avoid duplicate entries.

Create new person Enter the family name, first name and email address for the new entry. Verify the entry by pressing Create person.
